Can we build a deck or shed on our campsite?

Yes, as long as the structures are approved prior to building and can be moved if needed

What is your season dates?

Our season dates are from May 1st - Oct. 1st, weather permitting.

Are amenities available year around? Can we use our camper in the offseason?

No, we turn the water off October 1st of each year and turn it back on May 1st, weather permitting. Electricity is turned off November 30th. Offseason camping is only at your own discretion knowing that you are here with limited amenities

Can we have a dock with our site?

We have limited space available for docks and boat lifts on our shoreline. Ask for availability.

Are we allowed to have friends and family bring a camper to camp in?

Guests are more than welcome with prior approval from the owners and must fit within your campsite area.

Do you mow the campsites or are we responsible to maintain our campsite?

We mow the common areas while you are responsible to mow your leased area. Contact us if you cannot get to your campsite or will be gone and would like us to mow for you and we will work out details from there.
